NLC Local - A Convenient Housing Repairs App
NLC Local is a housing repairs app developed by Looking Local for North Lanarkshire Council's tenants. This app provides a simple and efficient way for tenants to report internal and external problems and repairs. With NLC Local, tenants can easily send the details of the issue, attach images, and confirm their availability for the repair to be undertaken.
Once a report is submitted, North Lanarkshire Council receives it immediately and communicates with the tenant through the app. This ensures that all messages, comments, and questions are conveniently managed within the app, allowing tenants to easily track the status of their repair requests. The app also allows tenants to report multiple problems and repairs separately.
In addition to housing repairs reporting, NLC Local offers tenants access to a range of information and services provided by North Lanarkshire Council. Users can find information about Jobcentre Plus, local services, news, and more.
Furthermore, the app enables users to report other issues such as abandoned vehicles, dumped rubbish, graffiti, street lighting faults, potholes, anti-social behavior, and street furniture damage to the local authority for handling.
Please note that NLC Local is not designed or suitable for reporting emergency repairs.
